Food and Beverage Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Team Lead.
This role will involve leading, supporting and managing the Food & Beverage team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and profitability of our restaurant. Our restaurant serves a variety of fresh and delicious food, from breakfast to lunch.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating the Food & Beverage team to achieve excellent service standards.
- Organizing and directing food and beverage service to ensure seamless execution.
- Promoting food and beverage sales through effective marketing strategies.
- Liaising with chefs to ensure menu items meet guest needs.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- 2 years previous management experience.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A positive and energetic attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure within a dynamic team environment.
