About the Role

This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager. We're looking for someone with a passion for hotels, hospitality, and customer service, who can lead by example and inspire their colleagues to provide outstanding service.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, support, and inspire our dedicated FOH team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain a calm, confident presence on the floor, ensuring seamless service and a warm guest journey
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including rostering, staff development, and performance management
  • Optimise table flow and service rhythm to support both the guest experience and team efficiency
  • Manage customer feedback with grace and professionalism
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistency and excellence in every service
  • Support inventory, ordering, and cost control
  • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Contribute to the continued refinement and growth of our guest experience
