Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain harmonious relationships with team members and ensure open communication
  • Participate in training sessions and adhere to established policies and procedures
  • Ensure equipment maintenance and protection
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to achieve departmental goals
  • Train and manage a team of food service professionals to meet and exceed expectations
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times
  • Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
