Job Overview

This is a full-time role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor who will report directly to the Food & Beverage Manager. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, can build strong relationships with guests, and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The supervisor will oversee food & beverage operations predominantly in the evening, maintaining a calm and confident presence on the floor to ensure seamless service and a warm guest journey.

  • Lead and support the Front of House team to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including rostering, staff development, and performance management.
  • Optimise table flow and service rhythm to support both the guest experience and team efficiency.
  • Manage customer feedback effectively.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistency and excellence in every service.
  • Support inventory control, ordering, and cost management.
  • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards.
