**Job Opportunity for Receptionist Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional receptionist to join our team on an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of permanency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational abilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment for visitors and staff alike.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to telephone and walk-in enquiries.
- Organize internal events, fundraisers, and assist in the development of marketing materials.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as stationery orders, laminating, binding, etc.
- Support the Executive Assistant and Sales Team with ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Work closely with the Accounts department to process payments, daily banking, and credits/returns/invoices.
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience in a reception or clerical role.
- A commitment to quality, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.
**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Presentable and self-motivated individual.
- Ability to work autonomously.
