The Customer Success Champion is responsible for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty in the APAC region. This involves managing growth-tier customers, providing support and consultative services, and teaching them how to utilize our platform effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage growth-tier APAC customers to ensure their success
- Provide timely support, consultative, and renewal conversations with customers to address their needs
- Teach customers how to best utilize the platform and maximize their digital ambassador program
- Share best practices externally through customer meetings and events
- Share insights and knowledge internally to build expertise and serve customers better
- Maintain a deep understanding of product features and use cases to provide effective solutions
- Understand what best practices and suggestions will improve customer performance
- Continuously improve and reiterate processes to ensure efficiency and results-driven outcomes
Progression:
- Within 1 month: Complete onboarding and become a fully integrated team member
- Within 3 months: Be fully functioning in your role, introduced to all customers
- Within 6 months: Confidently interact with customers, work closely with them to improve outcomes, and contribute to shaping internal processes

- Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders
- High professional standards, organization, and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage, educate, and excite customers
- Self-motivated, hard-working, driven, and open-minded
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
