About the Role:

As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in representing our client and fostering enduring relationships with key partners.

This position encompasses a territory that spans the Western Sydney region. In your capacity as Territory Manager, you will leverage your exceptional customer relationship skills, along with a solid foundation in strategic selling and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for businesses within your designated territory.
  • Execute the company's strategic business plan and negotiate trading agreements.
  • Collaborate with valued partners to develop and maintain a core product assortment.
  • Exhibit confidence and entrepreneurial spirit to seize sales opportunities.
  • Become a category expert, utilizing insights to enhance partner businesses.
  • Engage in effective business development to attract new clients.
  • Establish trust and finalize agreements that benefit consumers, clients, and the organization.
  • Possess a clear understanding of the retail landscape and cultivate preferred supplier relationships.
  • Implement agreed-upon initiatives and capitalize on opportunities to enhance revenue and market share.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in a regulated industry or a similar sales territory role.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Full work rights in Australia.
  • Strong commercial acumen and numerical proficiency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Customer-centric approach.
