About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and energetic Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team at CommScope Inc. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the sales of Enterprise infrastructure products in the assigned territory. This includes creating new business opportunities, maintaining existing relationships, and understanding customer needs to match solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within assigned accounts
- Conduct needs assessments and provide solutions to meet customer requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth
Requirements
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant Enterprise sales experience in the IT domain
- Technical experience in communications and/or associated industries
- Strong understanding of account and project planning, with the ability to motivate and influence others
- Results-focused with excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as presentation skills
- Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve moderately complex issues
- Computer literacy with the ability to interpret reports and information
- Advanced skills and experience in the use of MS Office
- Experience using D365 or similar CRM databases tools
- Well-developed and proven commercial skills
- Ability to work autonomously and exercise initiative to achieve outcomes
