Club Team Leader - Ritz-Carlton

As a Club Team Leader at The Ritz-Carlton, you will be the epitome of luxury hospitality, delivering exceptional guest experiences that exceed expectations. You will lead the club shift, supporting your team in general operational tasks, while embodying the legendary service that makes us a leading luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the club shift, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient operational tasks.
  • Be an expert on the luxury hotel and surrounding area, providing insider knowledge to exceed guest expectations.
  • Assist guests with check-in and departure processes, as well as provide dedicated club concierge services.
  • Provide food and beverage service throughout the club lounge's 5 daily meal periods.
  • Handle general enquiries, going above and beyond to deliver personalized guest experiences.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, showcasing our legendary service and driving future bookings.
  • Take guest reservations and perform cash handling & credit card responsibilities.
  • Oversee service standards, identifying and implementing improvement initiatives.
  • Empower your team by providing motivation and support, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
About You:
  • Experience with OPERA property management system or similar.
  • Food and beverage service experience preferred.
  • Hold an approved Responsible Serving of Alcohol certificate.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • Enthusiastic to escalate your career.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
