Job Summary:

The Luxury Service Ambassador is a key member of the Guest Relations team at Royal Caribbean Group, responsible for delivering exceptional and memorable experiences to our guests. As the liaison between the guest and all Hotel and Marine Departments, this role requires outstanding hospitality, communication, and organizational skills, as well as effective decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, ensuring a seamless and premium service experience.
  • Collaborate with Hotel and Marine Departments to resolve guest issues and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our guests' preferences and expectations.
  • Provide expert knowledge of our services and amenities, making recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Work closely with the Guest Relations team to ensure seamless execution of service standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two (2) years guest-facing service experience in a luxury environment.
  • Combination of education equivalent to high school diploma or any other source of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Confident, well-groomed appearance with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Strong emotional intelligence required, with resourceful thinking and a working knowledge of conflict resolution, food and beverages, and the ability to confidently speak on and properly serve such items.
  • Ability to fulfill the above-mentioned Key Responsibilities and all reasonable company requests.
