About the Role

The Head of Engagement will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive engagement strategy that drives user adoption, retention, and satisfaction on SBS On Demand. This includes defining engagement metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and prioritising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive engagement strategy to drive user adoption, retention, and satisfaction on SBS On Demand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define engagement metrics, identify growth opportunities, and prioritise initiatives.
  • Lead a high-performing team of engagement and analytics specialists, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Head of Curation and content teams to optimise content discovery and recommendation algorithms.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure engagement and retention, and develop regular reports and dashboards to track progress.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in driving product engagement and retention in the digital media industry or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in leveraging data analytics tools and user behaviour analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
