Job Title: Global Head of Client Engagement

Everest Service Company Australia Branch is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Head of Client Engagement to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective client engagement and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute client engagement strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional products and services to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive business growth.
  • Lead the pursuit and capture of client renewals and retention.
  • Establish and manage a client event calendar to foster strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients.
  • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
