NDIS Manager Position Overview

The NDIS Manager assumes a pivotal role in overseeing and expanding NDIS services, focusing on comprehensive therapeutic care and capacity development for individuals with disabilities.

Main responsibilities comprise strategic program expansion, customer service delivery, financial management, incident response, team leadership, and vacancy management.

This position places significant emphasis on Adelaide but also contributes to national influence through participation in external committees and forums.

We Are Looking For

  • A specialist degree or tertiary education in a relevant field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A high level of consultation experience with individuals with disabilities and their families
  • Negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Conflict resolution and mediation skills

Key Performance Indicators

  • Operational oversight of Psychosocial staff and NDIS deliverables
  • Development of referral and influence networks to support business growth nationally
  • Contribution to the NDIS growth strategy and promotion
  • Provision of necessary support to maintain high-quality delivery to participants
  • Support for the development of new income streams and mission-aligned products
