About the role

Join the Nawiri Care Services team as a Client Services Coordinator in our Adelaide, SA 5000 office to support a regional team(Whyalla, Port Pirie and Pt Augusta). In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality coordination and support services to our clients in the disability care sector.

About the role

  • Facilitating person-centred support and ensuring Participants supported by Nawiri care achieve their goals.
  • Leading and mentoring the team, ensuring high standards of care
  • Liaise and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Complete NDIS Progress Reports
  • Ensuring compliance with NDIS guidelines and industry regulations
  • Assist with the development and implementation of care plans
  • Support the onboarding and orientation of new clients
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our client services
  • Be a positive brand ambassador for Nawiri Care internally and externally

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Experience in client services, care coordination or a related field
  • Familiarity with and disability support services
  • Experience in leadership
  • Empathy, patience and a genuine desire to support vulnerable clients

Mandatory Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in community services, health or a related discipline
  • DHS Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • NDIS Worker Screening or DHS Disability related check
  • Current Driver's Licence (Min P2)
  • First Aid Certificate & CPR
  • Must satisfy all Visa requirements to work in Australia
