Inclusive Carers is expanding—and we're looking for an experienced and connected Business Development Manager to lead the charge.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Support Coordinators, LACs, GPs, hospitals, and community organisations
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the NDIS and Home Care Package (HCP) space
  • Meet and exceed KPIs for client growth and revenue
  • Represent Inclusive Carers at events, forums, and industry networks
  • Collaborate with our service delivery team to ensure quality client onboarding and retention
  • Leverage your existing network to drive rapid growth from day one

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development within the NDIS or aged care sectors
  • A strong network of NDIS professionals across South Australia
  • In-depth knowledge of NDIS frameworks, funding models, and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Strategic mindset with a growth-oriented approach
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Human Services or similar
  • A current Australian driver's licence
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Valid Police Check
