Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to lead our NDIS Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional, person-centred care to our clients and ensuring compliance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the NDIS and disability care frameworks, as well as proven leadership experience in a clinical or community care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the clinical delivery of NDIS services
  • Oversee assessments, care planning, and service coordination
  • Ensure clinical compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework
  • Drive continuous improvement in clinical practice and client outcomes
  • Mentor, develop, and support frontline staff and coordinators
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve systems and processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
  • Strong understanding of NDIS and disability care frameworks
  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical or community care setting
  • Passion for quality, safety, and person-centred practice
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
