Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Workday Implementation Specialist to play a pivotal role in delivering Workday solutions. This individual will provide strategic guidance and oversight for functional area engagements, leading multiple concurrent implementations to ensure efficient and accurate design and configuration of the delivered solution across all functional areas.

About the Role

  • Provide leadership on multiple concurrent Workday implementations.
  • Oversee functional area workshops and client confirmation sessions.
  • Act as a sounding board for Engagement Managers and leads.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • Current Workday certification.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Certified in at least two subspecialties in addition to their primary area.
