Job Summary

This senior professional leads Workday implementations and provides expert guidance on functional area engagements.

This individual serves as the functional leader on Workday implementations, working closely with Engagement Managers, Managers, and senior client resources.

The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance and leadership on engagements to ensure a robust solution that meets clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional leadership on multiple Workday implementations across all functional areas.
  • Oversee Architect Workshops and Client Confirmation Sessions, ensuring efficient design and configuration of the delivered solution.
  • Act as a sounding board and provide ad-hoc advice for EM and leads, serving as an advocate and escalation point.
  • Help team understand our methodology to deliver Workday implementations and provide feedback to support continuous enhancement of our tools and process.
  • Mentor junior project resources by providing guidance allowing them to learn new skills and functional areas.
  • Ensure cohesive structures and project communications are in place for cross-functional delivery between departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires strong expertise in Workday implementations, functional architecture, and project management.

Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
