Job Opportunity: Workday Payroll Expert

The Workday Payroll implementation specialist serves as a bridge between business and technical teams, solving complex Workday intersystem problems. They guide clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday payroll solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become an expert in Workday Payroll with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Recommend solutions based on client requirements, timeframe, and flexibility to adapt scope as needs arise.
  • Guide customers through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and unique business requirements.
  • Regularly engage and support clients through project phases, ensuring smooth transfer from legacy systems to Workday Payroll.
  • Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, keeping clients and project team informed of progress.
  • Collaborate with integration teams to configure and test integrations between Workday solution and clients' selected providers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Workday Payroll implementation experience, 2+ years of functional implementation experience, and 2-5 years in Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing practical solutions.

Minimal travel required; must be willing to travel on-site if needed.
