About the RoleWe are seeking an accomplished professional to join our team in Adelaide, Australia. The ideal candidate will work at least three days a week in the office and provide top-level administrative support to internal and external stakeholders.
The Service Specialist will be responsible for administering advice-related requests and transactions, ensuring adherence to risk and control governance frameworks while maintaining a high level of quality in their work.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional service to Advisers, Dealer Group representatives, and Mercer Super Advice/Wealth Leads by providing prompt and accurate responses to complex inquiries.
- Perform thorough reviews of complex and non-standard processing tasks, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process controls.
- Complete complex administration tasks, including ad-hoc reporting and written responses to clients, while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in the Superannuation industry, preferably in Superannuation administration.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Thorough knowledge of superannuation legislation and systems, including Sonata and/or SuperB, Salesforce, Excel, Word, Outlook.
