At the forefront of customer engagement, our Business Development Leader plays a pivotal role in driving impactful communications and delivering business outcomes. This involves overseeing end-to-end execution and optimisation of customer marketing campaigns to provide best-in-class omnichannel experiences.
- Lead the delivery of innovative campaigns from the Customer Marketing Power Plan across owned channels, leveraging SMS, email, push notifications, and in-app messaging for enhanced customer experiences.
- Champion our brand tone of voice through engaging copy and style, ensuring maximisation of Product, Racing, and Sporting experiences.
- Develop detailed communication plans for each campaign, including copy, creative, timing, and placements, with a focus on delivering results-driven content.
- Lead the build and optimisation of core automated journeys within Braze based on behavioural triggers and high-value actions, guaranteeing seamless customer interactions.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivering as expected, with a heightened focus on regulatory or high-impact campaigns, necessitating precise targeting and measured outcomes.
A clinical understanding is essential, while gaming experience would be highly desirable.
