The position offers hybrid flexibility, with a requirement of 3–4 days onsite each week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate and assist in the execution of integrated B2B marketing campaigns (digital, print, trade shows, webinars, etc.)
  • Content Creation: Support the creation, localization, and distribution of marketing materials and sales tools
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal departments and external vendors/agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing trade shows, webinars, and customer-facing events
  • Digital Marketing: Manage website updates, email campaigns, and social media tailored to APAC audiences
  • Market Research: Support market intelligence efforts by gathering competitive insights and market data
  • CRM Management: Track marketing-generated leads, assist with CRM updates, and coordinate with sales on lead follow-up
Requirements:
  • Relevant Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with marketing tools and CRM systems
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication in English
  • Commercial Insight: Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and contribute to global business objectives
  • Mobility & Flexibility: Eligible to work in Australia, with a valid passport and driver's license, and willingness to travel across APAC and globally

The successful candidate will be an exceptional communicator, strategic thinker, and team player who can adapt quickly to a dynamic environment.
