Job Title: Legal Onboarding Specialist

","About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Legal Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic and growing global Onboarding Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in ensuring our customers achieve success from the outset through collaboration with the customer throughout the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard and implement our legal AI technology to support seamless integration into our customer's current contract management processes.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to ensure successful onboarding and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of contract law, including negotiating commercial agreements.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to a diverse audience.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about enhancing customer experiences.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Undergraduate degree at a 2:1 level, or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Legal experience considered favourably, for example 2+ years paralegal experience or in a legal support role, with the ability to understand legal contracts, negotiation positions and processes.
  • Familiarity with contract management and legal technology is a plus.
