Workplace Experience Manager


Job Description:

This role is responsible for overseeing workplace operations in the APAC region. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, act as primary site lead for our Sydney office and ensure best-in-class customer service and service levels.

The Workplace Experience Manager will sit on the People Team and report to the Director, Global Workplace Experience. This individual will be integral in driving the development of employee experience as it relates to workplaces.

Braze is a fast-paced and rapidly growing company looking for a self-starter who is able to exercise good judgment, take proactive initiative and think objectively about strategy to continuously improve employee experience.

Key responsibilities include oversight of workplace operations and programs in the APAC region, acting as primary site lead for our Sydney office, leading Workplace Operations KPI and SLA success and leadership and development of regional Workplace Operations team.

The Workplace Experience Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to develop and drive team OKRs and partner with others to develop and manage initiatives, processes, tools, policies and playbooks related to workplace operations and programs.

They will also build strong relationships with key business partners, work closely with Braze Employee Experience to ensure all events are supported and executed to the highest standard and use data to understand the habits and needs of APAC employees and provide recommendations for workplace improvements.

This is a 10-month fixed-term position requiring a technical mindset with an understanding of how technology integrates within the workspace.

This role requires a self-starter who is able to exercise good judgment, take proactive initiative and think objectively about strategy to continuously improve employee experience.
