As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accepting donations on behalf of our not-for-profit partners. You'll wow our donors with your gratitude, educating them on the wonderful work of our partners and helping them understand how their donation makes a difference.

A typical day might include:

  • Greeting donors and thanking them for their donation
  • Handling all donations with care and respect
  • Educating donors and customers on the work of our not-for-profit partners
  • Proudly embracing our purpose to Champion Reuse
  • Sharing the Savers story
  • Working with your team to meet daily production targets
  • Supporting our safety culture

To ensure you can hit the ground running, you'll have a mix of the following:

  • Availability for part-time hours across Monday to Sunday between 9am - 9pm
  • A team player – you love working in a team and enjoy helping others to meet team goals
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment – you might have worked in retail, production, warehousing or hospitality
  • Celebrate uniqueness – we are made up of people from many different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, all with something special to contribute
  • Impact driven – you want to make an impact on your team and your community
  • Customer focused – we make service count, so you will need to be passionate about providing an exceptional experience at every interaction with our valued customers and donors
