Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Wellbeing Strategist to join our team. This role involves providing HR and WHS advice to businesses across Australia and New Zealand.

Main Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on HR and WHS matters, identifying practical solutions to reduce risk and improve workplace outcomes.
  • Interpret Modern Awards and enterprise agreements, applying this knowledge to provide strategic advice.
  • Conduct audits and prepare reports, helping businesses maintain compliance with regulations.
  • Draft and update workplace documents, including contracts, policies, and safety procedures.
  • Support clients in developing strategies to improve workforce performance and wellbeing.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in HR and WHS advisory to make a real difference in Australian and New Zealand workplaces. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in the field, relevant tertiary qualifications, and a solid understanding of Fair Work Act and WHS law.

Key Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to simplify complex information. They will also be self-driven, accountable, and comfortable working remotely.
