Job Title

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategist

  • Drive global initiatives that promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the workplace.

This role requires a collaborative leader to develop and implement DEI strategies aligned with corporate objectives and client expectations.

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve DEI strategies.
  • Develop, track, and evaluate quantitative and qualitative DEI metrics.
  • Conduct global trend analysis and benchmarking to ensure alignment with best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Advise on company policies and standards to reflect leading DEI practices.
  • Partner with regional teams to create regionally relevant DEI action plans.
  • Support critical programs such as inclusive recruitment, employee resource groups, and leadership development.
  • Lead initiatives to improve workforce diversity across gender equity, Indigenous employment, and other underrepresented groups.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A tertiary degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • At least 7+ years of DEI leadership experience in operational and corporate functions.
  • Strong expertise in cultural safety, gender equity, and inclusive workplace practices.
  • Proven success in designing and implementing global DEI strategies, policies, and systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of DEI trends, reporting, and benchmarking frameworks.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to influence and lead across all levels.
