About this role: We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our company's credit risk.

This critical position will oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive credit risk management strategy. You will lead a team of professionals in assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks to ensure our business growth is aligned with our risk appetite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a framework for managing credit risk across all departments.
  • Analyse data to assess the creditworthiness of clients and investments.
  • Monitor performance and provide insights on emerging risks to senior management.

  • Design metrics, models, and reporting frameworks for continuous assessment of credit risk.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong command of credit analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent understanding of market dynamics, lending principles, and investment analytics.

  • Proven ability to balance business goals with risk management safeguards.
