Senior Credit Executive

Real estate private credit funds seek experienced professionals to enhance their organisations. This role will be focused on executing deals and managing risk throughout the transaction process.
Candidates should have 10-15+ years of experience in a credit risk or real estate lending role, preferably with non-bank lenders. They may also come from domestic banks in roles such as relationship managers or originators in bad bank/lending services divisions and property risk.
Main responsibilities include monitoring loan books, ensuring covenant compliance, reporting risks, structuring credit agreements, and coordinating with stakeholders regarding recovery actions.
Applicants must balance portfolio risk and return, guaranteeing that good deals are executed according to the organisation's risk appetite and strategy.
Candidates should possess expertise in real estate valuation, underwriting, and assessing property deals. Additionally, they should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a flat, autonomous culture.
This is a mid-senior level position requiring strong commercial acumen and decision-making confidence.
