Job Summary:
- This key leadership role drives the next phase of platform growth by sourcing, structuring, and executing real estate credit transactions across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead origination of new lending opportunities and maintain borrower relationships.
- Prepare and present term sheets and Investment Committee submissions.
- Oversee deal execution and due diligence with asset management teams.
- Contribute to product development and growth strategy.
- Mentor junior originators and analysts, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Represent the business externally, promoting the platform to clients and the market.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong client networks and proven track record of deal execution.
- Skilled in financial modelling, credit analysis, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership capability.
- Entrepreneurial, solutions-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-growth environment.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Australian real estate market and be able to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and profitability. They will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
