Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the credit management function and enhance our lending operations. As Senior Credit Manager, you will oversee the loan portfolio, ensuring covenant compliance and risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the loan book for covenant compliance and report on risk.
  • Structure credit letters and term sheets.
  • Liaise with stakeholders regarding recovery actions.

You will work closely with Originators to ensure strategic alignment and provide guidance on deal structuring.

Requirements:
  • 10-15+ years of experience in a credit risk or real estate lending role.
  • Experience in construction finance and recent credit review responsibilities for transactions.
  • Ability to balance portfolio risk and return.
  • Deep expertise in real estate valuation, underwriting, and assessing deals in the property sector.
