Supply Chain Engagement Planner Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Engagement Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing replenishment requirements in the S&OE process, VMI activities, and other key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Representing and executing Replenishment requirements in the S&OE process for the Business Unit
  • Executing VMI activities for the Business Unit
  • Executing New Product activation and obsolete product deletion
  • Assisting Accounts with balanced promotional stock allocation proposals
  • Coordinating Status Management actions for the Business Unit
  • Assisting Commercial team with New store replenishment
  • Facilitating SCE/Accounts Collaboration forums
  • Liaising with Customer Replenishment on actions and analyses to drive higher In Stock results
  • Liaising with Supply Planning team on Network balancing
  • Delivering continuous improvement initiatives to improve the supply chain engagement process and overall supply chain process

Experience Required:

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of P&L relationships
  • 3+ years of experience in VRP, Customer Engagement, or Supply planning disciplines in Tier 1 or 2 companies
  • Previous experience in Demand control process in an S&OP or IBP environment
  • 3+ years proficiency in ERP system platforms
  • Excellent customer focus
  • Delivery of CI to improve supply chain planning outcomes
  • Experience in External and Internal collaboration
  • Strong influencing communication
  • Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel mandatory)
  • Strong project management skills and ability to engage multiple stakeholder groups
