Guest Experience Attendant - Century City Walk

We're looking for passionate Guest Experience Attendants to join our team and help create unforgettable memories for every guest who walks through our doors.

About the Role
  • As a Guest Experience Attendant, you'll be the face of Village Cinemas, ensuring each guest has a seamless and memorable visit.
  • Reporting to site senior leaders, you'll help create an inviting atmosphere.
  • Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with ticketing, food and beverage choices, and seating.
  • Keep cinemas spotless, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all.
  • Work as part of a fun, energetic team to deliver exceptional service that keeps guests coming back.
About You

  • Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
Availability

We offer flexible, rotational shifts and need team members who can be available during peak times, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Please provide your availability in your application.
