Job Title

A visionary Integrated Planning Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving strategic planning initiatives, leveraging advanced analytics and optimization techniques to enhance operational efficiency across our vast network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine sophisticated predictive models to forecast key planning parameters and operational outcomes.
  • Design and implement machine learning algorithms to uncover insights and patterns within complex planning data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate diverse data sources and create comprehensive planning analytics.
  • Develop automated reporting and monitoring systems to track key performance indicators.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders through clear and concise business-relevant insights.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in aviation strategy roles, advanced analytics, operations research, or data science.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with optimization and simulation modeling.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI and data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of airline economics and industry trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to translate business problems into actionable analyses.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
