Supply Chain Optimization Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Management professional to join our Digital Supply Chain Practice in Australia and New Zealand.

The successful candidate will be working on both this high-profile, strategic and transformational initiative and the broader Customer Success and Delivery area within the practice.

The ideal candidate will have a proven 15+ years professional experience working in the mining and/or oil & gas industry as a principal consultant / architect.

They will have gained expert knowledge in SAP EAM and across newer cloud solutions such as SSAM, APM, FSM, BNAC, etc., ideally covering at least 10+ full implementation life cycles.

The role involves guiding major customers through their journey to SAP Business Suite with proven strategy, expert delivery, and scalable, lasting impact.

You will work alongside account teams in the software evaluation process, develop SAP-centric solution scenarios and needed architecture, prepare implementation plans and define outcomes that lead to overall customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritizing product roadmaps with customer needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A proven 15+ years professional experience working in the mining and/or oil & gas industry
  • Expert knowledge in SAP EAM and newer cloud solutions
  • Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and effectiveness in problem solving
  • Excellency in conflict management and de-escalation
  • Ease in presenting complex information to customers
  • Able to coach and mentor junior colleagues
  • Team player and ability to work successfully in culturally diverse environments
  • Strong networking and customer relationship management capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills with technical and business focus
