Business Planning Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our planning team and drive performance. This key role will contribute significantly to the company's success.

  • Lead a small but growing planning team to ensure capacity and inventory availability to meet customer demands
  • Engage with stakeholders on sales, operational, and inventory planning (S&OP/IBP) for both short-term and long-term strategic horizons
  • Develop and maintain reporting, forecasting, and analysis to achieve high DIFOT levels and forecast accuracy
  • Continuously improve S&OP processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in leading S&OP/IBP processes at multi-site operations
  • Excellent stakeholder and collaboration skills with ability to present and engage with various stakeholders
  • Track record of delivering continuous improvement and willingness to take initiative
