Job Opportunity: Strategic Planning Leader

This dynamic leadership position requires a skilled and experienced professional to drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge planning and scheduling solutions for infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain master schedules for large portfolios of works with shifting priorities
  • Collaborate with project and maintenance teams to create schedules with efficient data extraction and reporting capabilities
  • Provide short-medium-long term activity views to inform sequencing, resourcing, and priorities for stakeholders
  • Identify critical paths, inter-dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement to optimize resourcing and procurement
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in infrastructure construction and maintenance planning in multi-site environments
  • Mastery of program planning software for master and sub-project plans, including critical path analysis
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • High computer and MS Office literacy, along with strong written/presentation/verbal skills for collaboration at senior levels
  • Proven senior leader and self-starter able to collaborate confidently with internal/external stakeholders
