
Workforce Planning Specialist

This role focuses on workforce planning and administration to support regional aviation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated individual who can assist in managing staff rosters, payroll, and employee leave planners. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide administrative support to airport operations and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff rosters, the rostering/payroll system, and employee leave planner.
- Provide administrative support to airport operations.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining client airline billing records.
- Perform general ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Task-driven and focused with an ability to time manage, prioritize, and multitask.
- Experience with HumanForce Workforce Management preferred.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills.
- Sabre DCS experience beneficial but not essential.
- Strong administration skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
