We're seeking an exceptional Learning Leader to join our team.

Job Description

As a Learning Leader, you'll be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of educators to deliver high-quality learning programs. Your expertise will be utilized to transform learning into an exciting journey, igniting creativity and curiosity in children. You'll work closely with the Centre Educational Leader to create a well-resourced and planned environment that fosters growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate learning programs through a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Mentor educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including families and the community
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong focus on Image of Child
  • Prior leadership experience in mentoring educators
  • An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to study towards a Diploma qualification within 3 months of commencement)
  • A current and State relevant Working with Children's Check
  • Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
