Medical Director's Support Officer

The role of a Medical Director's Support Officer is to provide administrative assistance to the Clinical Director and other departmental staff. This involves developing and maintaining efficient secretarial and administrative systems, while maintaining open communication channels with all staff within the department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the Clinical Director and other departmental staff
- Developing and maintaining efficient secretarial and administrative systems

Required skills and qualifications for this role include:
- Experience working in a healthcare setting (preferably)
- Demonstrated proficiency in reception and administrative duties, keyboard, and contemporary word processing and spreadsheet skills
- High-level interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with officers at all levels within a large organization
