Clinical Director, Anaesthesia & Perioperative Medicine Role

Lead a team of anaesthetists and medical professionals in delivering exceptional patient care across the region.

  1. Ensure the delivery of safe and effective anaesthesia services to patients.
  2. Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  3. Mentor and educate trainees and students in anaesthesia and perioperative medicine.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with the Medical Board of Australia is required.
  • Specialist registration in Anaesthesia with AHPRA is essential.

Professional Development:

Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA) is mandatory. Ongoing professional development and maintenance of enrolment in a Continuing Medical Education (CME) program are critical for success in this role.
