Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our residential program. As the Residential Program Director, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for students, fostering community spirit, and ensuring adherence to school policies.

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rockhampton, Queensland. The successful candidate will have experience in residential management, student welfare, and pastoral care. Strong leadership and staff management skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to create a positive and inclusive living environment that supports the academic, social, and emotional development of students.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create a safe and supportive environment for students
  • Foster community spirit among students and staff
  • Ensure adherence to school policies and procedures
  • Liaise with parents and caregivers
  • Participate in school events and activities
Requirements
  • Experience in residential management, student welfare, and pastoral care
  • Strong leadership and staff management skills
