Program Director Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Program Director to lead our primary-aged kids program in Rockhampton.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining an engaging, safe, and compliant program, planning daily activities, preparing and serving healthy snacks, and building meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local school community.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an exciting and educational program for before school, after school, and holiday care.
  • Create a fun and stimulating environment for primary-aged kids through engaging daily activities.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks that cater to diverse dietary needs.
  • Lead and support a team of educators, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHILDREN, FAMILIES AND THE LOCAL SCHOOL COMMUNITY.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of developing and implementing programs for children.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with children, families and the wider community.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, safe and compliant services.
