About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our service. You'll oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, support and mentor staff, and build strong relationships with families and the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations in line with NQS and National Regulations.
  • Mentor, guide, and support educators to achieve excellence.
  • Oversee enrolments, family communication, and compliance records.
  • Ensure a safe, engaging, and high-quality learning environment.
  • Drive a positive culture and continuous improvement.

About You

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of NQF, NQS, and Education & Care Regulations.
  • Proven leadership experience in an early learning setting.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and people skills.
  • Passionate about child safety, quality care, and staff development.
