Job Title: Duty Manager

The hotel is situated at the edge of the Fitzroy Gardens, a short stroll from the MCG.

As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Front Office Manager in the daily management of the Front Office department.

You will ensure the efficient and effective operation of the department during your shift while ensuring guest comfort and exceptional service at all times.

You will lead by example in providing passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service to all guests at all times.

You will deal effectively with guest complaints and feedback in an efficient and professional manner.

You will implement strategies to increase productivity and morale.

You will be well-presented with a positive and professional attitude and have a passion for hotel operations and providing exceptional customer service.

Promote our Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program and be able to work a flexible 7-day roster including AM, PM, and night shifts as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • C Class Manual Driver's License (preferred).
  • Previous hotel experience in Front Office GSA/Supervisor or DM role (Min 2 Years).
  • RSA Certificate (required).
  • Well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to motivate team members.
  • Time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
