Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Culinary Professional to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, where you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the demands of our buffet service, à la carte dining, and front-of-house bakery experience.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Ensure accurate stock rotation and minimal waste by implementing efficient inventory control procedures.
  • Responsible for maintaining all working areas in a clean and tidy condition, with regular equipment maintenance and cleaning.
  • Adhere to established kitchen recipes and presentation standards to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
  • Verify that all food is stored and handled according to current food safety regulations.
  • Closely monitor daily kitchen requirements and communicate effectively with supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a busy kitchen environment, preferably in à la carte dining.
  • Tertiary qualifications in culinary arts or a related field.
  • Australian working rights are essential for this permanent role.
