**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Commis Chef to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals and ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve working closely with our Executive Chef and other experienced culinary professionals to deliver outstanding results.

**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare high-quality meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, as well as a la carte dining services.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
- Ensure accurate stock rotation and minimum wastage, implementing effective stock control procedures.
- Clean and maintain all equipment, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and schedules.
- Monitor daily kitchen food and product requirements, advising supervisors in advance as necessary.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably with exposure to a la carte dining experiences.
- Tertiary culinary qualifications, such as a degree or diploma in hospitality or a related field.
- Full working rights within Australia, as well as a valid driver's license and own transport.
