Disability Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to assist clients with their daily needs, helping them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to clients with disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities, social support, transport, and community outings.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless client care, sharing knowledge and expertise to deliver high-quality services.
- Be flexible and willing to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritizing the needs of our clients.
Requirements:
- A current full driver's license and own car.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check.
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Working with Children Check.
- Experience in Manual Handling, challenging behaviors, and other high-care skills.
- Previous experience in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
