Job Title: Commercial Manager

This is a key leadership role within our organization, responsible for the commercial management of a major construction project.

  • Manage commercial aspects of the project, including contract administration, budgeting and forecasting, cost control, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sub-contractors and quantity surveyors to ensure the smooth delivery of the project.

They will work closely with the project controls team to ensure accurate cost management and reporting, including regular cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and budget monitoring.

Additionally, they will ensure full adherence to contractual obligations, timelines, and quality standards.
