This role is a key position in our Finance team, responsible for driving business performance through financial planning and analysis.
The Position:You will collaborate closely with operational leaders to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. Your analytical mindset and commercial acumen will be essential in budgeting, forecasting, dashboard reporting, and financial modelling.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and financial planning processes across business units.
- Deliver variance analysis and identify drivers of business performance.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and business intelligence reports.
- Presentation of financial and operational insights to senior stakeholders.
- Support month-end/year-end close processes and contribute to contract optimisation projects.
- Identification and implementation of improvements across reporting systems and financial processes.
- CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a similar role within a medium to large organisation.
- Strong financial modelling and business partnering skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
- Effective communication and presentation skills with strong stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL or Python is highly desirable.
- Experience in the service industries is a bonus point.
